Pašman, Croatia
This new family holiday home is located in the village of Pašman, on the island of the same name, one of the most beautiful islands in the Zadar archipelago. The island is easily reached by ferry from Biograd or Zadar, a historic city known for its Sea Organ and old town.
The house is surrounded by greenery and olive trees and is only 50 metres from a sandy beach, making it especially suitable for families with children. The large shaded terrace and built-in barbecue create an ideal setting for relaxed summer days, family lunches and evenings outdoors.
The house is available for weekly or monthly rental.
The house combines the simplicity of a Dalmatian home with the comfort needed for a carefree holiday. Guests have access to a spacious living room, equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, terrace and garden.
Ground floor
The holiday home is located in the village of Pašman on Pašman Island, close to the coast and with views of a series of small, mostly uninhabited islands. The house covers 160 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. It is decorated in a warm coastal-rural style, with handcrafted pieces of furniture that give the space an authentic feel and the atmosphere of old Dalmatian taverns. A special part of the house is the covered 30 m² terrace with a built-in barbecue — ideal for quiet summer evenings, family lunches and outdoor living. The house is only 50 metres from the sea and a sandy beach, suitable even for families with small children.
Gastronomy is an important part of the Pašman experience. In local taverns and restaurants, the focus is on simple, homemade food: fresh fish, shellfish and crab, vegetables from local gardens, and dishes prepared on the grill or under the traditional peka. In the village of Pašman, you will find several restaurants and taverns, shops and cafés. Come to the island, slow down and enjoy genuine homemade food prepared in the traditional Dalmatian way.
Visit Pašman Island and explore the cycling routes across Pašman and nearby Ugljan. Cycling around the island is a pleasure: distances between villages are short, and each village has a church, cultural monument or quiet spot worth discovering. For a slightly more demanding ride, head towards the viewpoints, where views open towards three national parks: Krka, Kornati and Paklenica. From the village of Pašman, you can also take the Pašman - Kruna (146 m) - St. Ante hiking trail. The trail is 3.3 km long, with an elevation difference of 160 m and an approximate walking time of one hour. The route is moderately demanding.
